Delivery Time

We will dispatch your garment within 7 working days of receiving your order. You will receive an email when you place your order .

Once your order has been dispatched you should receive your garment within these times:

UK and Ireland 2-7 working days
Rest of Europe 5-15 working days
Rest of the World 2-6 weeks

You can track your order by clicking the link in your original order email. Through is link you can find you if/when your order was dispatched.

Returns

You can return the garment(s) purchased for any reason(s) as outlined below:

You are entitled to a Full refund or credit (determined by the supplier) for the garment purchased, should any of the following conditions occur within 30 days of placing your order online:

Wrong size, Incorrect design, Incorrect garment, Faulty garment. To apply for a refund/credit please contact customer service as outlined on the WEB.

You may also return the garment purchased within 30days of placing your order for a full refund or credit (determined by the supplier) irrespective of the reason, but subject to the following conditions:

The garment is returned at your expense, if a replacement garment is required this will be dispatched on an FOC basis, but carriage/postage will apply again to dispatch the garment as was originally charged. A onetime code will be issued by the supplier to effect same.
